Consultations & Deposit Policies

Consultations are free of charge and may take between 15-30 minutes depending on the scale of the project to be discussed. With that, should we come to an agreement with how to move forward with the design, a deposit will be needed to secure the tattoo drawing and to begin setting tattoo appointments in the schedule.

Also note: You must be 18+ with proper ID in order to get tattooed!

Tattoo Deposit Policy is as follows:

  • All tattoo deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE.

  • Tattoo deposits remain valid between 6-12 months of the initial Deposit/Agreement transaction depending on the scale of work to be done and appointment availability.

  • Tattoo deposits can range from $100 - $300 depending on the scale of work to be done.

  • The amount of your deposit will be taken off of the total of your final appointment upon completion of the project.

  • No finished drawings or compositions will leave the studio prior to completing the tattoo project.

  • If you fail to show up for your appointment, you'll forfeit your deposit and will need to leave another minimum deposit of $100 in order to schedule another appointment.

  • 48 hours notice via E-MAIL is REQUIRED to re-schedule in order to continue using your current deposit to book further appointments. Failure to do so will result in a forfeit of your deposit.

  • If you choose not to re-schedule an appointment when cancelling, your current deposit will be held for one week. Failure to re-schedule within one week  will result in a forfeit of the current deposit.

  • Deposits cannot be transferred for use by another person.

  • In the event of inclement weather, finding you wont be able to make your appointment, proper  notification via E-MAIL will be necessary to re-schedule your appointment to avoid forfeiting your deposit.

  • If you arrive for your appointment WITHOUT proper identification you will NOT be tattooed, you will forfeit your deposit and will be required to leave another minimum $100 deposit in order to schedule a new appointment.

  • Proper identification is required every time you get tattooed. Acceptable forms of ID include: VALID State issue driver's license, state issue non-driver ID card or passport.

  • The artist reserves the right to re-schedule or cancel your appointment for any reason, to which any current deposit will be used to make you a new appointment.
